Provide personal care and services to hospice patients as directed by the plan of care;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and meals;
Monitor and document patient status and report changes to the VITAS Nurse;
Assist with mobility and transfers and basic infection control measures;
Provide basic training to caregivers and complete at least 12 hours of in-service training per calendar year
