Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)
Location:
Newark, DE Full-Time | No Weekends or Holidays
Seeking Radiologic Technologists to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. The role involves performing radiographic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining imaging quality while following radiation protection standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging using PACS systems
- Prepare patients and explain radiology procedures
- Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain accurate images
- Review images for technical quality before recording
- Update patient information in EMR and PACS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized imaging environment
- Follow radiation safety protocols and department procedures
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Active State of Delaware license
- Experience with PACS systems preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
