Qualifications and

Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a school psychologist
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work onsite and engage with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho educational assessments and interpret results to support individualized education planning
• Provide direct counseling services to students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop intervention strategies and promote positive learning environments
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to personalized learning plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
