Summary:

** Manages with responsibility for results - projects in the context of manufacturing

* Key Responsibilities:

**
* * Leads the project within the defined requirements (e.g. cost, time, functionality).
* Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
* Ensures the right staffing and allocation of resources to various phases of Manufacturing projects.
* Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project.
* Designs and develops technical specifications, and timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.

* Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.

* Negotiates and contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.

* Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.

* Monitors the budget adherence and takes actions to minimize non-conformance costs.

* Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.

* Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.

* Adheres to PM standards defined and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.

** Deep professional know-how and experience in one Sub Job Family. Masters domain and transfers and apply know-how to/in various contexts. Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Demonstrated process improvements and approaches.

Experience:

** Proven manufacturing project management experience.  10 plus years of progressively increasing responsibility.

*** Newark, Delaware – hybrid, on-site presence (/= 40%) required.

The base pay range for this position is:$117,770 - $161,931

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
