OVERVIEW The Director, University International Enrollment at the University of Delaware provides leadership for global enrollment initiatives and supports the university’s international recruitment strategy. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment & Access, this director role focuses on developing strategic plans, supporting international students, and strengthening partnerships that contribute to international enrollment goals. The position also works collaboratively across the university on internationally focused initiatives and recruitment activities.

• Lead university-wide goals related to international enrollment
• Develop strategic international recruitment plans
• Oversee sponsored student recruitment activities
• Collaborate with the Center for Global Programs and Services
• Support international recruitment staff
• Develop international partnerships
• Advise campus leaders on international recruitment strategies
• Expand partnerships with non-US institutions
• Generate pipelines for international students
• Participate broadly in internationally focused initiatives across the university

• Experience providing strategic leadership for international enrollment initiatives
• Knowledge of international recruitment strategy and planning
• Ability to collaborate across university departments and initiatives
• Ability to advise university leadership on recruitment and enrollment initiatives
