Technical Program Manager – Remote Services Customer Services – Laboratory SolutionsPosition Overview
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the development and deployment of the next-generation Remote Services platform for Customer Services – Laboratory Solutions (CS‑LS). This role requires a strategic and technically oriented program leader who can work across functions, align diverse stakeholders, and drive delivery of complex digital initiatives. The position acts as a key interface between IT, business, and service organizations, influencing without authority to ensure alignment, adoption, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership:
Lead planning, execution, tracking, and governance of the next-generation SRS platform to support global CS‑LS service operations. - Strategic Alignment (Remote Infrastructure):
Translate CS‑LS digitalization strategy into actionable program roadmaps and business requirements. Align with cross‑functional service teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent requirement delivery. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Represent CS‑LS in alignment discussions with global IT, R&D, Product Management, Cybersecurity, and Customer Service stakeholders. - Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with subject‑matter experts, technical leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure program clarity and shared ownership. - Influence Without Authority:
Drive alignment on priorities, architectural direction, and implementation decisions across groups that do not directly report to the role. - Change and Adoption:
Support rollout, communication, and user adoption activities for new digital tools, infrastructure capabilities, and service delivery processes. - Risk and Issue Management:
Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments early and implement mitigation plans to maintain program momentum. - Continuous Improvement:
Track program performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery, infrastructure robustness, and business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - 7+ years of experience in IT program or project management in a global, complex, or regulated environment.
- Experience with remote infrastructure, cloud solutions, or digital service platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional programs and influence decisions without formal authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
