LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an energetic, analytical, and detail‑oriented Strategy Validation Analyst to join a Credit Assistance Operation Enablement organization. This team plays a critical role in supporting credit assistance initiatives and reducing potential credit losses. Because collections and recovery strategies directly impact business performance, ongoing monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of these strategies are essential to ensure adherence to Decision Strategy Governance standards.

• Generate monthly monitoring and tracking (MT) reports evaluating strategy performance, including accompanying analysis.
• Develop and maintain SAS queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources (such as Teradata, Report Net, and Oracle).
• Build new SAS or SQL programs to support strategy validation and QA efforts; identify opportunities to improve current validation processes through optimized code.
• Execute daily validation campaigns prior to strategy launches.
• Design and implement test plans, requirement traceability matrices, and test scripts based on provided business requirements.
• Clearly communicate defects or risks to partners prior to campaign deployment or Strategy Decision Engine implementation.
• Collaborate with strategy execution analytics teams to support QA testing and Decision Strategy Governance assessments.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail in a financial services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SAS, including data manipulation, macro programming, and statistical analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and data‑driven analytical tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while consistently meeting production standards and SLAs.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functional groups.
• Demonstrated strength in analytical reasoning and complex problem solving.
