DescriptionThe Technical Manager is a hands-on, highly capable professional responsible for overseeing Grad Bridge’s website performance, ensuring seamless CRM customization, and driving technical initiatives that support marketing, operations, and growth. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing digital performance, implementing technical solutions, and maintaining alignment across internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, technically adept, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance, security, and functionality of Grad Bridge’s website, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Manage CRM setup, customization, integrations, and workflow automation to support marketing, sales, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website analytics, traffic, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
- Implement and maintain tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website, CRM, and connected systems.
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage external technical vendors and partners.
- Develop and document technical processes, workflows, and best practices for internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and accessibility standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve technical efficiency, automation, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of professional experience managing websites, CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and digital operations, preferably in a growth-stage or fintech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and tracking systems to measure performance.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience customizing Hub Spot implementations
- Prior experience in student lending, financial services, or fintech environments.
- Experience managing website performance, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and API integrations.
- Experience in an early-stage and fast-paced decision-making.
