Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience Desktop support
- Familiar with Service Now app, Know how create, update and resolve tickets
- Knowledge of Intune and used for at least 3 years
- Active Directory – add users to security groups, unlock / reset password
- Image computers using Intune
- O365 , Teams and SharePoint – min 3 years' experience
- Networking – familiar with making network cables, understand how a switch works, how to find IP address,
- Server – able to create folders, shares, add users to security groups, check running services
