Title:
Service Desk contractor (Onboarding/Offboarding)

Description:
Contractor / Account Management Responsibilities
- Must be able to follow provisioning steps for creating new accounts.
- Responsible for Password resets, managing contractor 's.
- Must be able to follow offboarding procedures for account deactivation and cleanup.
- Responsible for auditing 500+ contractor accounts monthly.
- Run Service Now reports
- Manage Service Now queue
- Contact sponsors for contractor status and renewals
- Key responsibilities require standardizing this process and keeping accurate records to confirm all contractors have been confirmed monthly and those requiring offboarding are completed, etc.
- Expected to develop and maintain a defined manual process for tracking and reporting. Will assist initially setting this process up with Service Desk management.
