Epic Support Specialist

Christiana Care, a leading not‑for‑profit health system, is seeking an Epic Go-Live Support Specialist to support Epic implementation across our hospitals and outpatient practices. In this IT & Technical Support role, you’ll provide at-the-elbow support to clinicians and staff, troubleshoot issues in real time, document and escalate tickets, and help optimize Epic workflows. Ideal candidates have prior Epic or EHR go-live experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
