Position Summary:

The Technician I performs core depot functions under supervision and follows established procedures for provisioning, troubleshooting, shipping, and inventory management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with equipment staging and preparation
• Follow documented procedures for provisioning and testing equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Support senior technicians with complex break/fix issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks performed.

Qualifications
- External

Education & Experience:

• 1-2 years of technical support, depot operations, or IT hardware experience preferred.
  
  • Basic knowledge of network hardware, cameras, or video surveillance systems.
• Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English

Skills:

• Familiarity with shipping processes and inventory tracking.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to follow technical procedures and work instructions.
