NETSTREAM TECHNOLOGY is a leading provider of advanced systems engineering solutions, specializing in IT infrastructure, data management, and enterprise systems. We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Consultant with expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise data backup management solutions to support our growing client base. In this role, you will provide high-level consulting services, helping clients design, integrate, and optimize their systems, with a particular focus on backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.

Job Summary:

The Systems Engineering Consultant will leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, etc.) and enterprise data backup solutions to deliver strategic consulting services to clients. You will be responsible for evaluating client environments, designing systems, implementing solutions, and ensuring successful integrations. This role requires strong technical expertise in data management, backup/recovery strategies, and the full systems lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Design:
  Engage with clients to assess their business and technical needs, focusing on data protection, backup, and recovery requirements, particularly using Microsoft and enterprise data backup products.
• System Architecture:
  Design and implement robust Microsoft-based environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure environments, ensuring they align with client requirements and best practices.
• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of data protection solutions, including backup, disaster recovery, and archiving strategies.
• System Integration:
  Oversee the integration of Microsoft and enterprise data backup technologies into complex IT infrastructures, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability between systems.
• Data Management:
  Develop and implement data management strategies for backup, recovery, and archiving across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, utilizing enterprise data backup solutions and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  Provide hands-on troubleshooting and performance optimization of Microsoft-based environments and enterprise data backup solutions, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Testing & Validation:
  Design and execute comprehensive test plans for backup/recovery procedures, disaster recovery strategies, and integration of new systems.
• Client Training & Support:
  Provide training, documentation, and support to clients on the effective use of Microsoft and enterprise data backup technologies.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to ensure system performance, compliance, and efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Create detailed technical documentation, including system designs, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
• Industry Leadership:
  Stay up to date with the latest trends in Microsoft technologies, enterprise data backup, and best practices, advising clients on future technology strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise data backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.
• Expertise in enterprise data backup software suite, including its backup, archiving, disaster recovery, and data management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and its integration with enterprise data backup solutions.
