Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics, and automation initiatives for risk operations, from concept through continuous improvement.
• Design and build scalable reporting dashboards and operational metrics using SQL, Python, and Tableau to provide real‑time insights to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy machine‑learning models and rule‑based automation on AWS to detect anomalies, streamline processes, and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data science, engineering, compliance) to define data requirements, governance, and quality standards.
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet control, regulatory, and performance requirements.

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or automation within a financial services environment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau, with hands‑on experience building production‑grade data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (S3, Redshift, Sage Maker, Lambda) and experience deploying ML models at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of translating technical solutions into business value.
