Desktop Support Technician

We're looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join a collaborative team supporting employees across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, interacting with end users, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll support a variety of technology needs through walk-up support, phone calls, help desk tickets, Microsoft Teams, and desk-side assistance. This position offers a mix of hands-on desktop support and remote troubleshooting opportunities.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues
• Set up equipment and accounts for new employees
• Assist with password resets and account administration
• Troubleshoot Windows-based systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Respond to, resolve, and elevate support tickets as needed
• Deliver support through walk-up requests, phone calls, Teams, and desk-side interactions
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes accurately

Compensation:

$22 - 24.50/hr
