MRO Inventory Coordinator

MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Inventory Coordinator – contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Newark, DE.

• 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
• Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel, SAP
• Paying $22 - $26 per hour; depending on experience

• Assist in the preparation of issuance of purchase orders and services used to maintain and fix broken machines
• Interact with the maintenance team to ascertain what supplies or parts are required
• Research quotes for maintenance products and negotiate pricing with vendors
• Assess purchase orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Receive price quotes from vendors, compare quotes against requirements, budget and purchase orders
• Manage aspects of purchasing and distribution
• Responsible for ordering all inventory for maintenance and for the site
• Ensure inventory is updated and accurate, including physical inventory matching SAP records

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
• Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel, SAP
