Field Canvassing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Marketing Leader to help drive growth through grass roots outreach efforts.

This role is ideal for a field leader who excels at coaching teams in the field, executing strategy, and driving appointment and lead generation results.

Will work closely with senior leadership to execute field marketing initiatives, manage day-to-day performance of canvassing teams, and ensure consistent productivity and results across assigned territories.

This is a working leader role that blends leadership, training, and in-field execution.

• Lead, coach, and support field marketing representatives to drive consistent lead and appointment generation.
• Execute field marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals and local market initiatives.
• Train new and existing team members on D2D best practices, scripts, compliance, and performance standards.
• Conduct regular field rides, observations, and performance feedback to improve conversion and quality.
• Track daily and weekly performance metrics, including leads issued, appointments set, and show rates.
• Assist in territory planning, scheduling, and deployment of field teams.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, brand representation, and customer experience.
• Identify local market insights, challenges, and opportunities and communicate them to leadership.

• Prior experience in field marketing or outside sales, with leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of grassroots, face-to-face marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable to performance goals.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading from the front
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, or related industries is a plus.

• Base Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $75,000 - $125,000
