Advanced Engineering Program Manager

Program Project Manager. This role will report to Senior Director, Materials Program Management and is based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on‑site, in office role 5 days a week.

• Work across the organization to remove roadblocks for the project completion and revenue recognition.
• Clearly tie the roadblocks to the business impact to help drive the right sense of urgency.
• From the roadblocks, create and organize action items and drive the action owners to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Report progress to senior management.
• Get results through detail-focused organization and by maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Develop detailed reporting and a streamlined process, including a proper escalation path and overall awareness across the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing operations program management.
• Strong program management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Creative problem‑solving and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Drive for quick results with vision of long‑term strategy.
• Ability to lead projects and others successfully.
