Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational culture goals.
• Design and lead engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, listening tours, and culture-building activities.
• Act as the subject matter expert on employee engagement best practices, trends, and tools.
• Lead employee listening efforts including engagement surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to identify insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate engagement data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and teams.
• Track key engagement KPIs and measure the effectiveness of engagement programs over time.
• Support enterprise initiatives such as transformation, growth, and change through targeted engagement and change-readiness plans.
• Champion organizational values via focused campaigns and leader enablement initiatives.
• Promote inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety across the entire employee lifecycle.
