Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full‑time Store Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center in Newark, DE.

Automotive Store Managers oversee daily retail operations, driving profitability by managing sales, inventory, expenses, personnel, and operating costs. They implement and manage sales programs, direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, safe, high‑quality repair and maintenance, and communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Using a digital dashboard, they track personal success and weekly earnings.

• At least 3 years of retail store management experience, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
