This is a full-time Chief Custodian position for David
E. Robinson Elementary School. Position requires ability to climb ladders, consistently lift 50 pounds, maintain equipment, complete tasks as assigned, and manage a school custodial team. Specific hours may be adjusted depending on the needs of the building by the Principal.
- Applicant must possessa high school diploma; certificate of completion, and/or GED.
- Applicant must possess a Chief Custodian Certificate (120-class hours) issued by Delaware Department of Education or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Internal candidates must complete on-line transfer request form.
- Individuals must provide official transcripts or official high school diploma, updated resume, and three letters of recommendation.
- All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
- Anyone offered employment is required to provide proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
