Job TitleOperations Manager
SummaryThe Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day center operations, including staff management, service scheduling, recruitment, customer service, reporting, and general administration. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate staffing records, creating and managing a master schedule, and ensuring clinical cases are staffed according to budgeted hours authorized by client insurers. The role serves as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff and the primary point of contact for case assignment and staff availability.

- Perform each essential duty satisfactorily, adapt to change productively, and handle additional tasks as assigned
- Professional knowledge and experience in business operations, growth and development, staff scheduling, personnel management, and customer acquisition

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
- 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical, behavioral health, PT, OT office, or similar operation
- Experience building and retaining customers
- 5 to 7 years managing and developing staff
- Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply
- Strong rapport‑building skills and ability to manage staff
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently toward assigned goals
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to administer consistent processes across the center
- Superb communication skills; listen and communicate well with management, staff, and families/clients
- Professional appearance and presentation required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – essential
- Proficiency in email and Outlook
- Accurate record keeping, database work, and Excel tracking of processes
Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds may cause distraction. Stress may arise due to service requirements.
Hours:
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; flexible per recruitment needs. Full‑time duties are essential. Must read/respond to emails and accept calls outside normal hours.
