As a Residential Manager, you will:
• Oversee daily operations of residential homes serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide supervision, leadership, and support to Assistant Residential Managers, Lead DSPs, and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and coverage for assigned residences.
• Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care needs, community involvement, recreation, and independence-building activities.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Individual Habilitation Plans, treatment plans, state regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, transportation, and services for individuals served.
• Manage crisis situations and ensure staff are properly trained to respond effectively.
• Monitor medication administration, documentation, budgeting, and household operations.
• Foster strong communication with families, guardians, community partners, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and person-centered environment for both residents and staff.
• Assist with program growth, expansion initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications Required• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral health challenges
• Minimum six months of leadership experience in a residential setting
• Successful completion of the Residential Coordinator Exam (or ability to obtain as required)
• Valid Delaware Driver's License with a clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
