We're hiring Assembly Technicians & Welders to join our team in Newark, DE, where you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

** Position:
** Assembly Technician & Welders

** Pay:**  $21-$28 depending on position & shift

* Schedule:

** Day shift and Night shift

Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays.

Monday - Thursday (7:00PM - 5:30AM or 6:00PM - 4:30AM)

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform advanced product assembly according to specifications.

+ Select materials from kit carts and ensure compliance with 5S principles.

+ Inspect completed work, operate various machines, and perform preventive maintenance.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

* Skills & Experience:

*
* + High school diploma or equivalency required.

+ Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

+ Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools.

+ Strong communication, must be able to read, write and speak English

+  
** Experience with TIG Welding is a plus!*
* *
* Physical Requirements:

*
* + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

+ Must wear PPE, and may require wearing a respirator.
