Our client is a medical device manufacturing company out of Newark DE. They are seeking a skilled/experienced Forklift Operator (Warehouse Management) candidate.

• Support warehouse and production operations through work order kitting, Kanban replenishment, and managing shortages/backorders.
• Receive, verify, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory and materials.
• Perform daily cycle counts, generate inventory reports, and reconcile inventory variances.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely while maintaining stock levels to support uninterrupted production flow.

• 3-5 years of related warehouse or inventory experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receiving processes, and material flow coordination.
• Ability to support production schedules by preventing material shortages and communicating with distribution and production teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MRP systems preferred, with the ability to safely lift/move up to 75 lbs and maintain an organized workspace.
