In this role, you will support cross‑functional manufacturing and quality teams, driving process validation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a regulated medical device environment.

Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Devices

Location: Newark, DE (Onsite)

Pay Range: $70–75/hr (flexible based on experience)

• Lead equipment and process validations including IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Support sustaining manufacturing initiatives and design improvements
• Drive Lean Manufacturing efforts and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers

• Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Strong hands‑on validation background (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
• Experience supporting electromechanical assemblies
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Newark, DE
