Our client, Hologic, a global leader in medical device innovation, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will support cross‑functional manufacturing and quality teams, driving process validation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a regulated medical device environment.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, solutions‑driven, collaborative, and comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Devices
Location:
Newark, DE (Onsite)
Pay Range: $70–75/hr (flexible based on experience)
What’s the Job?
Lead equipment and process validations including IQ, OQ, and PQ
Support sustaining manufacturing initiatives and design improvements
Drive Lean Manufacturing efforts and continuous improvement projects
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers
What’s Needed?
Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
Strong hands‑on validation background (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
Experience supporting electromechanical assemblies
Ability to work 100% onsite in Newark, DE
