WET ROOM OPERATOR – Newark, DE

WET ROOM OPERATOR at 3M’s Newark plant will support production processes, ensuring high quality and safety standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing assigned duties; contributing to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.

• High School Degree or GED from a certified institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in production.
• Ability to work off‑shifts and overtime.

• Experience in chemical manufacturing, processing, or handling environments.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn plant‑specific software.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and fast‑paced tasks.
• Track record of effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience operating forklifts, hoists, or other material handling equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multitask while meeting production and quality requirements.

Pay Range: $31.03/hr – $31.95/hr the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
