Position Overview

Printed Solid Inc., a leader in the 3D printing industry and a Prusa Research Company. We are hiring a Assembly Line worker for our growing assembly lines of Prusa3D printers. The Assembly line worker is responsible for assembling Prusa3D products on a production line, ensuring that each component is correctly and efficiently placed to meet production targets. This position plays a crucial role in our customer satisfaction, as the quality of the build process will determine the customer experience and the quality of the final product.

This is an on-site role in Newark, DE.

• Component Assembly:
  Assemble parts and components in a sequential manner, adhering to the specifications and quality standards provided by the company.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect components and assemblies for defects, ensuring that each product meets the required quality standards. Report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate and maintain assembly line machinery and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance as needed. Efficiency and Productivity:
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Identify and suggest improvements to the assembly process to enhance productivity.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Wear appropriate protective gear and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

  Work collaboratively with other assembly line workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any production issues promptly.
