Associate Brand Manager

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support marketing communications initiatives for a healthcare-focused brand team in Newark, Delaware. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has experience in pharmaceutical or medical device communications, and who can contribute to educational campaigns, customer-facing programs, and event-driven marketing efforts in a fast-moving environment. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand visibility, support audience engagement, and help deliver high-quality communication materials.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing communication activities that align with brand objectives and customer engagement goals.
• Help develop educational content and communication materials for healthcare audiences across digital and live channels.
• Coordinate customer development initiatives, including support for meetings, events, and congress-related activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects move forward on time and meet quality expectations.
• Assist with promotional messaging, content reviews, and campaign updates while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
• Contribute to event strategy and logistics for customer-facing programs, including materials preparation and follow-up activities.
• Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and help keep multiple work streams organized in a fast-paced setting.
