Registered Nurse (RN) Ortho Neuro Trauma - Midnights

Our Ortho/Neuro/Trauma Unit (2C) is seeking a Registered Nurse in a surgical inpatient unit at Christiana Care Newark Campus. The patient population is diverse with multiple and complex fractures and traumatic brain injuries, usually from traumatic episodes. The unit is a 35-bed semiprivate and private room unit with a gym for physical therapy directly on the unit. The patient population is adult.

• Registered Nursing license.
• Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

This is for a full-time flex schedule of 72 hours per pay with shifts of 7 p.m.

- 7:30 a.m. Weekends and holidays are expected per department requirement.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
