Christiana Care Home Health is seeking part‑time LPNs to work in Newark, Wilmington, or Kent/Sussex Delaware within our Private Duty Nursing department. This exciting position offers:

• Schedule flexibility.

• Provide overnight care while parents and caregivers sleep, ensuring the patient's safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate care with the family, the patient's physician, and other healthcare professionals.
• Create positive relationships by serving in a compassionate, responsive, and courteous manner.
• Work overnight and weekends.

• Delaware LPN license with one year of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Associate degree or completion of an accredited LPN education program.
• Work experience in an acute or chronic care facility, or home health agency preferred.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Must be able to attend a two‑week daytime orientation in our Camden office, followed by patient‑specific field orientation on night shift. A mandatory weekend per month is required. Flexibility in the orientation schedule can be discussed.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.

This is a flat‑rate position; any individual hired into this position will be paid $27.96.00/hr plus applicable differentials for working 20 or 30 hours per week. This pay rate/range reflects Christiana Care's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on individual factors, including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications related to specific job requirements.
