Seeking a Registered Nurse for an Ortho/Neuro/Trauma surgical inpatient unit on overnight shifts (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) at Christiana Care Newark Campus. Our Ortho/Neuro/Trauma Unit (2C) is seeking a Registered Nurse. This unit is a surgical inpatient unit located at our Christiana Care Newark Campus. The patient population is very diverse and has a wide range of individual and special needs, encompassing patients with multiple and complex fractures and traumatic brain injuries, usually as a result of a traumatic episode. This requires a dedicated, knowledgeable, competent and flexible nurse. The Ortho Neuro Trauma unit is a 35‑bed semi‑private and private room unit, and there is a gym located for physical therapy directly on the unit. The patient population is an adult population.

• Registered Nursing license.
• Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of date of hire.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

This is for a full‑time flex schedule of 72 hours per pay with shifts of 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Weekends and Holidays are expected per the department requirement.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05
