Registered Nurse on Inpatient Surgical Step-Down Unit – Part Time Day/Midnights

Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Step-Down Unit, 4D. This is a 35-bed general surgery step-down inpatient unit, caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Are you ready for a higher level of care?

• BSN required, or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
• One year of nursing experience required; two years in an acute care setting strongly preferred
• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware
• BLS Certification required

This is a part-time position of 48 hours per pay/24 hours per week. Rotating day/ evening shifts of 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and overnights of 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. requires a weekend rotation and follows internal weekend requirement practice. Holidays required per organization policy.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05 (This rate is a good faith estimate; actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications).
