• 1:1 prenatal care visits with time to build real relationships

• Collaborative, interdisciplinary team including CNMs, RNs, and support staff

• Provide full‑scope CNM/WHNP care including prenatal, birth, postpartum, and GYN visits
• Attend births at the birth center and support natural physiologic birth
• Collaborate closely with a team that believes in respectful, family‑centered care
• Educate and empower clients with evidence‑based practices
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing development of our programs

• APRN licensed (or license‑eligible) in Delaware
• Current professional certification and NRP/BLS
• Experience in out‑of‑hospital birth is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to mentor the right candidate
• Warm, adaptable, and committed to midwifery philosophy
