Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week on the Night Shift (7 p‑7 a) at our Christiana Hospital on this unit. Weekend and holidays are per the department guidelines.

As a member of our team, you will deliver holistic patient care that is patient and family centered, ensuring comfort and positive outcomes by providing education on medications and disease processes. You will closely monitor patients and manage any emergencies that may arise, assisting in managing a 4-5 patient assignment. You will see a range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, COPD, acute renal failure, GI bleed, DKA, sepsis, and many others.
3C nurses are highly skilled in caring for acutely ill and complex patients, proficient in telemetry monitoring, non‑ventilator dependent trach collar and high‑flow nasal cannula management, wound care, and more.

- BSN required.
- ADNs candidates may be considered with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of hire, provided they have relevant experience.
- Qualified applicants will have at least one year of experience. Acute care or sub‑acute care experience preferred.
- BLS required.
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This range represents Christiana Care’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual salary will depend on individual factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
