Christiana Care is seeking a Neonatal Delivery Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit, to provide care to newborns immediately post‑delivery in our Women & Children’s Building on the Newark Campus. Our unit delivers approximately 6,500 babies a year and is very fast paced.

• Provide post‑delivery care to newborns in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Participate in day shift (7 AM–7 PM) staffing with weekend and holiday commitment.
• Meet on‑call requirements.

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• Two years RN experience as a NICU/Special Care Nursery RN required.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
