We’re seeking a full‑time, experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. Requirements- BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
- Current RN licensure required
- Must have 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
- CNOR certification a plus
The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
Hourly pay range: $41.28 - $66.05. This rate represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
