We operate the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore.

The Transitional Surgical Unit is an 18‑bed unit. We have a cohesive nursing team who serves patients with a multidisciplinary approach. The nurses on this unit work with neurosurgical, general surgical and adult/pediatric trauma patients.

• Advance your nursing skills by providing a higher level of care.

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
• Must have minimum 1‑2 years step‑down
• Critical care experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

This is a Day/Midnight rotating schedule of 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Weekend and Holiday schedule is per departmental & organizational practices.

$41.28 – $66.05 per hour.
