Per Diem Infusion Nurse (Part‑time) – Soleo Health, Newark, DE

- Provide direct patient care administer IVIG, biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered.
- Appropriate patient education.
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Establish peripheral intravenous lines as well as access/maintain central venous lines (PICC lines, implanted ports, midlines).
- Efficient and timely submission of clinical records.
- Medication preparation and administration.
- Triage infusion patient inquiries.
- Travel to other locations on occasion.
- Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills.
- Provide clear communication and collaborate to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
- Participate in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery.
- Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in patient care.
- Manage required documentation for the Ambulatory Infusion Center.
- Clean and disinfect all patient care areas in the AIC.
- Manage AIC supplies.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and comply with all policies and procedures related to job duties.
- Provide administrative oversight, monitoring workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently.
- Be available to respond promptly to emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Per Diem, 8 hours per month based on patient needs.
- Suite hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- Must be available to work one Saturday per month, 4–6 hours.
- Knowledge of and experience with IV access devices (IV lines, ports, infusion medications).
- Specialty infusion experience preferred (IVIG).
- Must be licensed as an RN in the state of Delaware.
- Current RN licensure by the applicable state’s board of nursing, in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
- Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy.
- Current nursing license for applicable home state.
- Experience in ICU and/or cardiac care preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid state‑issued driver's license with no significant restrictions.
