This opportunity is full-time, Monday - Friday, day shift. No weekends, holidays, or on-call required.
Were looking for a compassionate, skilled Oncology
Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Breast Surgery team and help deliver seamless, patient-centered care in a nationally recognized cancer program.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary nurse contact for our breast surgical oncology patients
- Coordinate care across surgery, oncology, and supportive services
- Educate and support patients and families throughout their cancer journey
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality care
- Track patient progress and help remove barriers to treatment
What Youll Bring
- BSN and 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (oncology preferred)
- Active multi-state RN license and BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced oncology environment

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents Christiana Cares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
