Christiana Care seeks an RN Case Manager for its Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) in Newark, DE. The role requires managing patient care, establishing discharge plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Applicants need an active RN license in Delaware, a BSN, and preferably one year of experience as an RN Case Manager. The compensation includes a flat-rate pay, a $10 shift differential, and a sign-on bonus.

Full benefits are provided under the WIP, excluding PTO.
