Registered Nurse - Transitional Surgical Unit

Christiana Care’s Christiana and Wilmington hospitals are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transitional Surgical Unit, an 18‑bed unit that provides multidisciplinary care for neurosurgical, general surgical, and adult/pediatric trauma patients.

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire date.
• Minimum 1‑2 years stepdown experience.
• Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

This is a Day/Midnight rotating schedule: 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holiday schedules are per departmental and organizational practices.
