AboutThe Role
Christiana Care is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team at our Newark Campus. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise through cross‑training in multiple specialty areas, including:
- Labor & Delivery
- High‑Risk Obstetrics (OB)
- OB Peri‑Operative Services
- Antenatal Care
After establishing yourself within Labor & Delivery, you may also have the opportunity to further develop your skills in our OBGYN Emergency.

Education and Experience Requirements- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- Two years of Acute Care RN experience required
- Experience as a RN in inpatient Women's & Children's, PACU, or Emergency Dept areas strongly preferred
- Delaware RN licensure or multistate RN licensure that is eligible in the state of Delaware required.
- BLS certification required.

Hourly Pay Range$41.28 - $66.05
This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
