Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents. In this role, you will manage complex medical technology, administer medications, and build meaningful, long-term bonds with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Care: Provide head-to-toe assessments, wound care, and respiratory support.
- Technology Management: Manage ventilators, tracheostomies, G-tubes, and central lines.
- Medication Administration: Safely give medications and IV therapies per physician orders.
- Care Planning: Develop and update individualized pediatric care plans.
- Collaboration: Work with therapists, educators, and physicians on developmental goals.
- Family Support: Educate and comfort family members regarding patient care.
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification required; PALS preferred.
- Experience: One year of pediatric, NICU, PICU, or ventilator experience preferred.
- Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, patience, and a passion for working with youth.
- Hourly pay based on experience.

The successful candidate will be eligible for a $7500 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 6 months.
