Registered Nurse - Surgical -Down - Part Time​/Midnights

Registered Nurse – Inpatient Surgical Intermediate/Step-Down Unit

Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our 4D Surgical Intermediate Step-Down Unit. This 35‑bed Intermediate Care/Stepdown inpatient unit cares for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients requiring nursing interventions 24‑ or 36‑hour periods.

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire date
• One year of nursing experience required; two years in an acute care setting strongly preferred
• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware
• BLS certification required
• ACLS required within one year of hire

Part‑time: 48 hours per pay period, 24 hours per week. Days: 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Overnights: 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Requires weekend rotation and follows internal weekend requirement practice. Holidays required per organization policy. Hourly pay range: $41.28 – $66.05.
