Job Details
Operating Room RN II – $10,000 sign‑on bonus (eligible candidates). Full‑time/Flex – 72 hours bi‑weekly.
Schedule:
Day/Evening – 1100‑2330 (3 × 12 hr weekly). 1‑2 spring/summer holidays; 1 fall/winter holiday; 1 weekend every 4 weeks PRN 2‑3 shifts per month;
Trauma call 1 per month.

Requirements- BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
- Current RN licensure required
- Must have 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience
- CNOR certification a plus
The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
Hourly Pay Range$41.28 – $66.05. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
