Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Stepdown – Full Time Flex – 72 hours/pay, Rotating Shifts

Hours:

7 AM – 7 PM & 7 PM – 7 AM. Weekends & Holidays as per department guidelines.

Newark, DE.

The Cardiovascular Stepdown unit provides care for patients with cardiac cath, angioplasty, cardiac dysrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and vascular surgical conditions including femoral‑popliteal bypass, abdominal aortic aneurysm, carotid endarterectomy, and carotid stents.

Our unit has earned a silver-level Beacon Award from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, recognizing continual learning and effective systems to achieve optimal patient care.

• BSN required or commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of hire.
• Minimum two years of cardiac stepdown nursing experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.

Hourly pay range: $41.28 – $66.05 (actual salary depends on individual factors).
