This surgical unit (4B) is a 23 private bed surgical unit that specializes in general, urological and gynecological procedures. The unit can flex to 35 beds to accommodate hospital capacity. The unit typically houses multiple oncology patients due to its specialty. • BSN or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire date.
• License or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
• At least one year of med/surg experience strongly required.
• BLS required.

Hours:

This position is a day/evening shift with a schedule of 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. It requires weekend and holiday commitments per hospital practice. This is 72 hours per pay period.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05
