Christiana Care is seeking a Registered Nurse – VAD Coordinator in Newark, DE. This full-time role focuses on LVAD patient care coordination, device management, and education while serving as a clinical expert and liaison across the care team.
The RN will lead pre/post implant assessments, monitor driveline care, and support transplant pathways. A BSN and extensive cardiac nursing experience are required, with BLS; ACLS preferred, and DE licensure or eligibility.
